Award-winning B2B strategic marketing agency based in Central London seeks Client Services Director or Managing Partner.
You could be an existing Managing Partner or a Client Services Director who is looking to step up to Managing Partner level either immediately or within a short time frame.
This newly created role offers an unparalleled opportunity to influence how the agency is run and to help shape its future.
Both positions offer Board-level status.

The Client Services Director / Managing Partner role
Having started the year brightly and with a sizable growth forecast for next year, the agency is seeking a Client Services Director or Managing Partner with the right mix of strategic and creative B2B experience and a competitive will to add value, grow clients and new business.
The clients and deliverables
The agency works with a fascinating mix of clients chiefly in engineering, energy and technology and are also pitching heavily with notable results.
Deliverables typically include but aren’t restricted to advertising, film, social / influencer activity, content, retail, digital and experiential / events.

As the incoming Client Services Director / Managing Partner you will play a crucial role in growing client value and converting new opportunities.
You may have a B2B or B2C background and come either from a B2B specialist agency or a non-B2B specialist agency where you have gained strong B2B expertise.
Salary and benefits
This appointment is pivotal to the agency’s plans for the next 2-5 years and, as such, they are looking to attract the very best and most capable candidates.
Managing Partner Up to £130k + bonus
CSD Up to £100k + bonus
Salaries may flex upwards for exceptional talent, and a generous bonus structure will be based on achieving revenue and operating profit targets.
Share options are also very likely to be made available for the right candidate at the right time / level.
Flexible work from home policy
The agency requests two days a week in the office currently (Tuesday and Thursday) but this has a degree of flexibility. They will be seeking input from the chosen candidate to set the tone and ultimately find the optimum balance for hybrid working.
