Before establishing Fill in 2003, Jonathan spent 12 years with a range of creative agencies, notably as Group Account Director and Board Director with HHM (now Karmarama / Accenture Song). Specialising in client services roles, he is a respected industry leader and one of the most energetic, committed consultants in London.

Caroline Bailey

Co-Owner | Consultant - Creative & Strategy

Caroline spent her formative years in journalism and content creation in house with BBC Studios across a range of entertainment, fashion, lifestyle and sport titles and on the sports desk at Guardian Media Group. These days she gets her fix as Fill's resident creative, social and strategy recruitment consultant.
