Leading gaming and esports consultancy seeks smart Senior Account Manager or Account Director with partnerships / sponsorships and social marketing experience.
Based in the bustling heart of London but operating globally, this innovative gaming and esports consultancy is passionate about disrupting the marketing industry.
With a fast-growing team of 11, they make esports and gaming accessible for brands in every category to educate and inform gaming sponsorship and advertising decisions.
Their unique data platform filters thousands of gaming and esports partners which they ‘client match’ based on brand goals, highlighting the optimal opportunities for them to join the multitude of gaming / esports opportunities that exist for their brands.
Due to massive growth, they are now seeking two Senior Account Managers or Account Directors who are ready to bring energy to a consultancy in one of the world’s fastest growing industries.
The Senior Account Manager / Account Director roles
Reporting into the Co-Founder, you will be leading, then managing a range of global beauty, fashion and ecommerce brands’ entry into gaming and esports, a hugely evolving and important marketing space.
These roles require direct communication with brands to strategise on business goals then ideate, monitor production and report on campaigns and partnerships. You’ll be managing a team of Account Managers and service providers to deliver industry leading activations in gaming and esports.
This is a high-growth business that is looking for candidates with career progression in mind. They like to promote internally and by joining the company in its relative infancy, there are opportunities to progress into senior leadership positions within the company.
You are a passionate and outgoing Senior Account Manager / Account Director who already has an interest in gaming and how marketing data can inform better decision making.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and are comfortable with introducing new tech and processes into companies while maintaining the highest standard of client satisfaction.
As your focus will be towards companies and brands in the fashion and beauty space, any previous knowledge of these sectors will give you an advantage, but it isn’t essential.
Essential experience required
- Relevant experience in brand partnership and sponsorship deals
- Relevant experience in social marketing including a strong understanding of influencers or other social content production
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms would also give you an advantage but isn’t essential
- Experience and a passion for esports, gaming and brand marketing is also preferred.
Salary and benefits
Up to £60k plus a bonus and 25 days’ holiday alongside other great hard and soft benefits.
