Midweight - Senior Creative Designer, Fundraising Agency

Boutique creative agency seeks conceptual Creative Designer with ambitions in art direction to work on a range of fully integrated fundraising campaigns.

Fundraising or cause-led design experience is essential for this role.

They create powerful campaigns for some of the world’s best-loved charities, delivering fully integrated campaigns across DRTV, film, print, social, digital and direct mail that make people sit up and take action.

Now the agency is looking for an ambitious, conceptual midweight to senior Creative Designer to join its friendly creative department.

The Midweight - Senior Creative Designer role

This role is the perfect next step for an experienced Midweight to Senior Creative Designer with ambitions to move into art direction.  

You will be generating brilliant ideas that stop people in their tracks, and then bringing these to life with strong design across multiple platforms.

This is a great opportunity to use your excellent Adobe skills to push boundaries, show off your creativity and support the Creative Director.

The ideal candidate has…

• Cause-led campaign experience in print (including direct mail), digital and social 
• 4+ years’ experience in a creative agency environment
• A mix of exciting ideas and solid craft
• A passion for good causes and the desire to make a difference
• The staying power to see a job through from concept to delivery
• All the Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Sound knowledge of printing processes and digital platforms
• TV and animation skills (Adobe After Effects) a bonus

Work from home policy

Two days per week in a gorgeous co-working space in Central London, the rest of the week from home.

Salary

To £47k plus good hard and soft benefits including 25 days' holiday and a day off for your birthday.
