Small, dynamic and fast growing ‘new age' central London agency requires a highly ambitious [Digital] Account Manager to work on a range of dynamic accounts.

You understand that strong client relationships are at the heart of great work and that picking up the phone is generally more productive than writing an email.

You're a career seeker, not a job seeker. You take a proactive approach and are hungry to learn, grow, be involved and develop. You feel proud when you see projects that you have been involved in go live. 

About the [Digital] Account Manager Role

The agency are looking for an Account Manager to join their high calibre team working with a premium beauty brand, online tuition and on other business as and when required.

The projects are a mix of campaigns and specific digital and social media activities such as application development, community management and influencer outreach. It is critical that as [Digital] Account Manager you can clearly demonstrate:

  • Strong project management and organisation skills with the ability to multitask.
  • High standards of delivery across all tasks from admin documents to creative briefs.
  • An understanding of digital / social media channels and the production processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to execute financial tasks accurately.
  • Pro-activity and added value to client and the agency generally.
  • A strategic, insightful and clever mind.
  • The ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all campaigns.
  • Show confidence and clarity in all communications both written and verbal.
  • Dedication, commitment, innovation, passion and professionalism, everyday.

The ideal Account Manager will have strong project management and account handling skills at their core, ideally having previously delivered campaigns and projects that included print and traditional media too.

For some of their clients, the agency do more than just digital and social and so while a key desire and passion for all things online is the focus of this role, a grounding in traditional channels is important. 

To qualify you need to be an Account Manager who has a well-informed opinion which you are not afraid to voice, whilst also respecting the opinions of your colleagues.
