Top 5 central London integrated agency seeks an Account Director to work on the agency's highest profile financial services account.

As Account Director you will report into two Client Partners as the business dictates.

Account Director Role Summary

In the role you will work on BTL activity for the Retail and Business channels. The channel focus is primarily DM and email with an increasing focus on digital activity.

The Account Director will work with the team to deliver best in class integrated campaigns against the client's strategic needs, developing strong relationships and looking to maximise business potential for the client and agency.

Account Director Requirements

• Strong online and offline credentials with proven experience of taking a client on the journey from a DM to digital channel focus.
• A can-do attitude with the ability to spot opportunities, develop and present strategic proposals and help educate clients on all the opportunities that digital and social media offers.
• A proven track record in delivering successful digital campaigns at Account Director level from initial briefing through to build, test and broadcast.
• A good understanding of FSA/legal implications/TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles.
• Strong financial experience.
• Proven experience of managing and motivating a team.
• Impeccable client services and project management skills.
• Solid experience of developing accounts
