Account Director or Junior Account Director - Integrated - £45k - £55k pending experience

This award-winning, Central London agency, need a solid Account Director or Junior Account Director to join their business, leading blue chip FMCG clients across integrated marketing platforms.

The agency are on a roll with pitch wins - and need an Account Director or Junior Account Director to help bed-in new clients, projects and work with an existing and growing team.

The successful Account Director or Junior Account Director will work on recognisable FMCG brands, as well as some growing luxury brands.

And the work delivered for the clients includes a mix of B2B as well as some B2C work for these brands. With the work being highly creative & very clever.

The agency need an Account Director or Junior Account Director who enjoys the creative and strategic side of the business - and an Account Director or Junior Account Director who can take project briefs and build appropriate responses.

The agency has a wonderful team atmosphere, very friendly and fun!  They don't work crazy hours, but they want an Account Director or Junior Account Director who will put the extra effort in when required.

The Account Director or Junior Account Director must also be proactive and entreprenuerial - able to quickly identify new opportunities, as you'll have a mix of retained work and project based work.

Key requirements for the Account Director or Junior Account Director:

  • At least 5+ years in an Integrated / BTL Agency
  • Solid FMCG experience & retail understanding
  • Ideally, some B2B experience - in a similar sector
  • Proven relationship builder - internal & external
  • BTL skill set - including DM, Digital, Press & TTL exposure.
  • Commercially savvy
  • Creatively led

The successful Account Director or Junior Account Director will report into the agency's Group Account Director and also work closely with the Operations Director.

The summary is a creatively-led, strategic Account Director or Junior Account Director who can lead key FMCG clients. You'll be an integrated Account Director or Junior Account Director, who has experience working on Print, Press, Digital, DM, Retail and some Events / Experiential. 

Whilst BTL is a key element, the successful Account Director or Junior Account Director must think through the line.
