The Agency

This Project Manager role is with a fantastic, award winning agency, which boasts a truly enviable client list. The agency has strong roots in Direct Marketing, however has rebranded and shifted focus to offer Digital, Direct and Analytics.

The Role

The Junior-to-middlweweight Project Manager role is suited to a Junior Project manager with around three years of agency experience already and who is looking to move into more of a Middleweight position.

 Day to day, the responsibilities of the Junior-to-middleweight Project Manager will include:

• Create and execute project plans 
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
• Define project scope, goals and deliverable
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion
• Attend client meetings in a consultative capacity throughout all phases of projects

Necessary skills and experience

• Ability to deliver engaging, informative and well-organised presentations
• Ability to develop lasting client relationships
• Experience of managing online advertising, email build and blast, website/mobile/microsite build, Intranet/Extranet, social media, SEO, analytics.
• Experience working with offshore development partners, 3rd parties and freelancers
• Proven commercial awareness/financial management
• Experience using agency Project Managment methodologies.

The Candidate

The Junior-to-middleweight Project Manager will have at least 3 years agency Project Management experience, including at least one year in a digital marketing agency environment.

The Junior-to-middleweight Project Manager must also:

• Be comfortable with presenting to clients
• Be process orientated
• Be a team player
• Be quality driven
