Account Manager - Top 5 Integrated Agency - London - c£30k

Top 5 central London direct-marketing / integrated agency seeks a talented Account Manager to work on a leading FMCG client account on digital / CRM activity.

The successful Account Manager will work on both digitally delivered and some DM activity. The agency have overall responsibility for the strategic direction and ownership of the account, including planning, management and measurement of programmes across all channels.

The team includes a Client Partner, Senior Account Manager, Planning Director, Senior Planner, Data Planner and Creative Director.

Your role as Account Manager will be to develop and nurture key client relationships as the key point of contact for particular projects within the agency and by the Client.

You will manage campaigns to ensure that they are delivered to time and on budget and write comprehensive briefs working with the SAM and planning on briefs for the creative department.

You will work closely with the planning and creative departments to make sure that all projects are as per agreed strategy and meet Client objectives.

You will also take responsibility for quality control, ensuring that all work is correct, is on brief and meets client guidelines; assisting with the development of presentations for client meetings and attending and contribute to the delivery of these.

You are an Account Manager who is a self starter who won't expect to be hand-held, yet know when to look for guidance; responsible, reliable and conscientious - you are always thinking about the needs of their business.

CRM experience (preferably FMCG) would be preferable but not essential but you must have digital experience.
