Account Manager - Comms Agency - Central London - to £32k
Excellent, 60+ person award-winning, strategic comms agency requires a Senior Account Director to work across two very different pieces of business - one FMCG, one telecoms.
The agency are set up to help clients navigate the often complex journey from brand awareness to making a sale. They call it thought to bought and they are on a mission to redefine the way agencies and clients work together.
The agency provide a full range of marketing services for their clients, including shopper marketing, consumer promotions, digital services, experiential and trade marketing.
Positioned as both lead shopper marketing agency and sat on the brand activation roster, the agency work on a project by project basis across a multitude of leading FMCG brands.
The work scope varies from:
- Creating brand campaigns
- Category captain recommendations (including sell-in to trade customers)
- Shopper marketing (consumer journey from out of store, into store, to category, to brand. These include providing retailer tailor mades for all key multiples)
- Cash & Carry/Independent Retailer incentive programmes, promotions and POS kits
- Recommending on/off pack value offers (Try Me Free, MBG, links with publications)
- Sampling campaigns
CORE SKILLSET:
- - A bright thinker with a delivery focused attitude.
- - Solid (yet flexible) client service ethic - there are multiple stakeholders within the client organisation and each commands a different approach
- - Organised, accurate and with great time management skills..
- - Happy to be involved in all aspects of projects, this will include managing the studio
- - Be financially experienced - estimating, invoicing and forecasting
- - Ambitious and thirsty to progress
- - Personable, minimal ego, proactive and positive approach. Working into 2 guys, a sense of humour is essential
SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
- - A breadth of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to a number of disciplines, but with a solid BTL heritage (at least 2 years agency experience).

- o Knowledge of key UK retailer media/ opportunities
