Group Account Director - West London Agency - c£65k

Excellent integrated agency seeks a talented Group Account Director to work on a telecoms account covering CRM, Digital and CRM projects.

The agency manage all retention marketing and customer acquisition programmes across the entire spectrum of the customer base; including PAYM and PAYG mobile, home broadband and SME business.

They work across a wide range of media channels including: digital, direct mail, press, radio and MMS - the work is both varied and demanding - facets typical of a highly competitive and fast evolving sector.

This is a classic Group Account Director role so you will have had a broad exposure to integrated channels; worked for recognised agencies and be able to demonstrate an authoritative knowledge and expertise in classic RM techniques, as well as solid customer acquisition experience.

The role will encompass all day to day responsibility for case communications as well as B2B acquisition campaigns. Experience of B2B and consumer marketing is therefore essential.

Reporting into the Client Services Director, you will have great presentation and communication skills, be a proven team leader and be able to demonstrate strong business acumen.

In particular you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to organically develop the account, to strengthen the client relationship and contribute to the development of client communication strategies.

Telecoms, utilities or financial services experience would give you an advantage.

You have excellent client/account handling/presentation/reporting skills; a proven ability of running and motivating a large team and an interest or skills in data management.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £65k; 25 day holiday plus the usual agency benefits.
