Account Director [ATL Agency] - London - c£45k+

Small, growing London agency seeks a talented Account Director to work on a huge client in addition to a number of other smaller clients.

This agency are on a roll at the moment and have just moved into fabulous new offices on the waterfront.

Having won a couple of pieces of new business, they are looking to expand the Account Handling dept with immediate effect.

They are looking for a solid Account Director who is used to running his/her own business, currently reporting to a Group Account Director or Managing Director. In this role, you will report into the agency's Client Services Director.

You have experience of running your own accounts and like to take ownership and responsibility and pride in your work and want to help the agency grow the business.

You should also enjoy be involved in running new business pitches.

The agency are a small agency [20 people], therefore they do not have lots of layers, which means they are also looking for someone who is prepared to roll their sleeves up to get the job done.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to stand up and be counted, and really make a difference to an agency.  

Perhaps you are someone who has already worked in a big agency and now wants the opportunity to get involved more in a way that it is just not possible in a large organisation.

On the other hand, it could appeal to someone who has always been hands-on.  Activities include and aren't limited to TV, outdoor, radio, digital, etc.
