This award-winning, integrated agency has a fantastic reputation. Known for their creative excellence and outstanding approach, they are now looking to recruit a capable Account Director with excellent charity experience.

As Account Director you'll manage a team which focuses on direct response campaigns, and oversee a variety of charity clients. You'll drive the strategy for the accounts, and ensure the creative high standards and forecasted budgets are exceeded. You must have brilliant DM experience.

We are looking for a bright, confident Account Director who has a proven track record of working with charity clients, and an Account Director who can hit the ground running.

As the Account Director you will:

• Have lots of charity experience
• Drive the strategy for the account
• Oversee and surpass financial performance
• Work with a great deal of autonomy
• Have excellent attention to detail and project management skills

We want an Account Director who is focused, with drive and enthusiasm, and an Account Director who is fun and outgoing. It's really important we find an Account Director who fits in with the culture of the agency.
