This award-winning, integrated agency has a fantastic reputation. Known for their creative excellence and outstanding approach, they are now looking to recruit a capable Retail Account Director to join their team of account handlers.

As Retail Account Director you'll manage an account team, and oversee a global FMCG brand. You'll drive the strategy for the account, and ensure the creative high standards are exceeded and forecasted profit maximised. You'll get involved with all aspects of the accounts with a focus on Retail. The will include all aspects of the shopper journey, including in-store, POS, online and mobile.

We are looking for a bright, confident Retail Account Director who has a proven track record of working with big brands across Retail campaigns, and a Retail Account Director who can hit the ground running.

As the Retail Account Director you will:

• Have experience of driving Retail strategy for global accounts
• Oversee and surpass financial performance
• Work with a great deal of autonomy
• Have excellent attention to detail and project management skills
• Be a team player with a winning attitude
