New Business / Marketing Manager - London Agency - to £50k

Central London integrated agency seeks a New Business / Marketing Manager to raise the profile of / bring in new business to this established, highly respected agency.

Objectives of role:

1. To raise awareness of the agency as marketing communication experts
2. To help put in place a robust new business strategy
3. To balance new business and marketing requirements across the Group

Job Spec:

As New Business Manager you will be required to:

• Create an overall cold prospecting strategy
• Oversee production of new biz mailings and subsequent events
• Manage production of group agency collateral
• Create a collateral schedule; tying it in with the comms plan
• Website overhaul and updates
• Create and control contact strategy (and follow it!)

Specifically regarding new business:

• Oversee prospect list for database
• Assist with pitch preparations and increase involvement in reviewing strategy and approach
• Write tender documents & RFIs
• Represent the Group at Group New Business Events

Specifically regarding PR:

• Manage relationship with PR Agency
• Monthly and quarterly updates, with weekly status updates
• Write press releases, news, appointments, features & opinion pieces
• Present status of PR to agency at company meetings

In addition, as Group New Business / Marketing Manager you will run status meetings and manage status reports and pipeline; help manage the budget and manage account teams to deliver case studies.

Finally, you will manage awards entries and budget with the Awards team. This is an excellent role at a first rate agency.
