This award-winning, integrated agency has a fantastic reputation. Known for their creative excellence and outstanding approach, they are now looking to recruit a capable DM Senior / Group Account Director to join their team of account handlers.

As Senior / Group Account Director you'll manage a team, and oversee three major brands. You'll drive the strategy for the account, and ensure the creative high standards are exceeded, as well as ensure profit is maximised. You'll get involved with all aspects of DM, including Press, Inserts, Door Drops, and TV. You must have a great track record of growing blue chip brands.

We are looking for a bright, confident Senior / Group Account Director who has a proven track record of working with big brands, and a Senior / Group Account Director who can hit the ground running.

As the Senior / Group Account Director you will:

• Drive the strategy for these three accounts
• Oversee and surpass the agency's financial performance
• Work with a great deal of autonomy
• Have excellent DM experience
• Be a team player with a winning attitude

We want a Senior / Group Account Director who is focused, with drive and enthusiasm, and a Senior / Group Account Director who is fun and outgoing. It's really important we find a Senior / Group Account Director who fits in with the culture of the agency.
