New Business / Group Marketing Manager - London Agency - £25k+

Excellent direct marketing led central London agency seeks a talented Group Marketing Manager / New Business Executive to raise awareness of the agency as marketing communication experts'.

Your remit is to help put in place a robust new business strategy and balance new business and marketing requirements across the Group.

You will have previous new business management experience ideally gained at a markeing / new business agency although this isn't essential.

Job Spec

• Create overall cold prospecting strategy
• Oversee production of new biz mailings and subsequent events
• Manage production of group agency collateral
• Create a collateral schedule and tying in with the comms plan
• Website overhaul and updates
• Create and control Contact Strategy (and follow it!)
• Create a quarterly Agency Group Event

New Business

• Oversee prospect list for database
• Assisting with pitch preparations and increasing involvement in reviewing strategy and approach
• Writing tender documents & RFIs
• Represent the Group at Group New Business Events

PR

• Monthly and quarterly updates, with weekly status updates
• Writing press releases
• Get regular thought pieces from senior management to enable us to pro-actively pitch PR opportunities

You will also be required to run status meetings and manage status reports and pipeline; help manage budgets - with support and manage account teams to deliver case studies.
