Account Manager - Top 5 Integrated Agency - c£30k

Top 5 central London direct-marketing / integrated agency seeks a talented Account Manager to work on two excellent client accounts.

You are an experienced Account Manager who has proven Direct Marketing some data and ideally some Digital experience and has strong project management skills who is ideally looking to work on integrated projects.

A self starter, you are comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team. You are proactive and willing to seek out information rather than waiting to be told and you have excellent attention to detail.

You are an Account Manager who is confident, and able to see the bigger picture, anticipate issues and find solutions.

Work will include the development of creative and strategic elements. Campaigns are direct marketing led but also include Digital.

You possess:

- 3 years account management experience within an agency

- The ability to demonstrate leadership and inspire good work from others

- A good understanding of data, database marketing and digital communications

- Comfortable with agency structure and processes

- Good interpersonal skills that can be applied to colleague and clients alike

- Desire to be a team player but also to challenge others to improve
