Digital Senior Account Director - to £60k
Top 5 central London agency seeks a Digital Senior Account Director to work on one of the agency's largest accounts.
To qualify for the role, you must have considerable agency and large site build experience. The role involves being a key contact for several major work streams/projects.
Day to day work includes writing or receiving briefs, delegating work within the team, supporting the GAD, Planners and Producers in developing the strategy and creation of the work, and presenting back to the client.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring an outstanding degree of client service is provided
- Development of key client relationships
- Receiving and / or writing client briefings
- Development of the strategic response with the GAD and ensuring appropriate and timely engagement with the wider team
- Presenting strategy and creative work
- Creative brief development and briefing with Planner and/or Producer.
- Mastery of all financial aspects of the account including; forecasts, work in progress reviews, billing; spot and deliver additional revenue opportunities
- To oversee the quality of all digital work, including website IA, design, copy and digital campaigns
Key Skills
- Extremely effective communicator, with great listening skills and awareness to pitch the message at the right level.
- Full understanding of the digital landscape from an operational and communications context with experience of developing and delivering digital work
- Possess a broad base of experience including large site and application work - understanding the importance of customer journeys and user experience
- Understanding of digital technology and confident when talking about its it uses and applications. You should be able to stimulate ideas and discussion on industry ideas and future trends.

- Ability to manage client and other partners across a number of contacts at different levels of seniority
- First class verbal and written communication skills; you will have to present you ideas with confidence in presentations to clients
- Resilient - you will likely have to work to tight deadlines under pressure
- Ability to lift the team with your optimistic, can do attitude
