Group Account Director - Excellent Agency - West London - c£65k

Growing, strategic, direct response marketing agency requires a Group Account Director to head up three agency accounts.

• The agency specialise in integrated acquisition campaigns and the planning and execution of
• ideal customer journeys via innovative CRM programmes.

You are already a high performing Group Account Director with a proven track record of building existing client business and bringing in new business through first class thinking, creativity and relationship management.

You enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues, partners and clients alike and you possess the passion to bring out the best in your team.

Reporting into the agency's Managing Director, you will head up a 5 person team working across what is the largest client portfolio in the agency.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Managing senior client relationships
• Building the accounts by identifying new business opportunities
• Regularly reviewing the growth and development of existing clients
• Reporting to the agency board

You will also oversee the ‘quality control' of account team procedures; bring a high level of strategic input to your work and police the creative development of the accounts you manage.

Mandatory skills/experience:

• 7+ years account handling experience
• 2 years+ experience at Group Account Director level
• Solid direct marketing knowledge including data analysis
• Online experience
