Creative Group Head, Retail £60k
We are working with one of the best agencies in London and they've got such a strong proposition as a business. They work with some of the biggest brands in the world, working very closely with other agencies within the group. They include ATL and Digital agencies, and they are their BTL / retail arm of the agency. You definitely would have heard of this business, everyone has. They're doing so well at the moment and they're creative department is now growing even further. They're now looking for a strong Creative Group Head to come in and work across a key FMCG piece of business. This is a huge client to the agency and for their client they produce all of the global tool-kits for in-store media. They work in a loop team together with the ATL, digital and pack design agencies, and they are looking for a strong Creative Group Head who has a strong voice and can sit within this loop of agencies! They are looking for a Creative Group Head who can push the boundaries by delivering excellence on standard in-store formats, therefore we want a Creative Group Head who gets the retail space. But you will also be a Creative Group Head who is looking to develop standout work in innovative media such as mobile and digital.
So, the person we are looking for is: - be driven and proactive - award winning - be a 360 degree thinker - be as an extremely strong designer who is conceptually sound. - have a passion for design craft - be Mac literate on Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator - To present creative work to senior clients with flair and be a confident and successful seller of the work - be unsnobbish about media but intensely proud about execution - have an eye for opportunities - got to be able to see the diamond in the rough - have experience working on FMCG brands in a retail environment - be up to date on creative opportunities that come from innovative new techniques/technologies - be able to work collaboratively with other departments - we are only a small agency so there is no space for premadonna's! - be comfortable reviewing creative teams' work and giving strong, clear guidance and feedback. - have some Group Head experience (preferably on regional/global accounts but not essential) - act as the day to day senior creative contact for the client - Build a strong rapport with the creative group heads on individual brands - they will report into you. - Build a strong strategic partnership with planning and account handling as well as key clients - show business maturity, being pragmatic and understanding of challenges - strive to deliver a creative product on your accounts that wins gold for the agency and or makes gold standard case studies for us and our clients.
