They are now looking for a Senior Account Director or Group Account Director who can really help manage the agency's key pieces of business and more or less work with the Planning Director and Managing Director to help build, grow and manage the agency.

As a Senior Account Director or Group Account Director you will be an account handler who has had experience working across TV, Press, Radio and Outdoor campaigns, for large brands and you will have worked with large budgets. You will be a Senior Account Director or Group Account Director who can manage large scale clients, and develop big ideas and producing solid integrated campaigns.

This agency wants the best in the business, and therefore as an Senior Account Director or Group Account Director you must have the ability to demonstrate your skill set, showcase your knowledge of the industry and you must have gravitas.

You will be a Senior Account Director or Group Account Director who isn't afraid of the day to day. You will be working with other account handlers, managing them and mentoring them, developing their careers, yet at the same time you'll also be working on your own projects, getting your hands dirty and you will be the go between the Managing Director and Account Handlers. So technically as a Group Account Director or Senior Account Director you will be more or less in charge of the account handling function, therefore this is a huge responsibility.

We are therefore looking for a Senior Account Director or a Group Account Director with the following attributes:

• Excellent ATL and integrated skills
• used to dealing with huge budgets
• Real gravitas and excellent client facing skills
• Passion for the business
• Ability to mentor and develop your team
