As Flash Developer, you'll have brilliant AS2 and AS3 skills with a good creative eye. You should have a minimum of five years experience in producing award winning Flash campaigns. You'll have a really good understanding of the digital arena, and be a very capable scripter. As Flash Developer you'll need London agency experience.

We want a Flash Developer with drive and enthusiasm, and a Flash Developer who is fun and outgoing. It's really important we find a Flash Developer who fits in with the culture of the agency.

As Flash Developer you'll need:

• Expertise in working with AS2 and AS3
• Experience in working with HTML and JavaScript
• To work to tight design & interaction guidelines
• London agency experience
• A fantastic online portfolio
