Truly outstanding agency is looking for an Account Director to work on this high profile retail account. This exceptional brand is looking for a truly outstanding Account Director with integrated experience. We want someone who is passionate about SPORT!

As an account director you will be required to develop and deliver brand building activities with a focus on delivering results and measurability. You will have multiple client contacts. . You will have multiple client contacts and will work on multiple projects, which require strong project and team management skills to ensure they are implemented on time and on budget. The focus is delivering creative-led campaigns through the retail environment. Campaigns are calendar-driven and revolve around key sporting events.

Lively, confident, great negotiator, up for a laugh, determined to make a positive impact on their working environment. The clients are down to earth and have a pragmatic approach to doing business, so a willingness to gain an in-depth understanding of their industry, including their terminology, is a given. They also love going out so we want someone who is social and loves entertaining!

Essential experience and skills required for position:
Circa 5-6 years working in an integrated agency environment

Amiable and outgoing personality

Strong integrated skills and the ability to look at business issues strategically

Understanding of the various marketing issues that retail marketing presents

The ability to deliver these solutions whilst negotiating your way through a complex network of clients, group agencies and internal departments

The desire to grow within the agency both socially and in terms of career

Experience of working with more than one point of client contact and the ability to maintain and develop good client relationships

Excellent co-ordination and people management skills - the successful candidate(s) should have experience in running an internal team of Account Managers and Account Executives

Strong eye for design and attention to detail skills

Strong project management skills

Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

The desire to drive and grow a successful agency team
