This amazing experiential agency is looking for an exceptional account director or senior account director to work on some of their high profle accounts. This is fantastic opportunity for someone who understands experiential. This is an independent entertainment marketing agency with a range of blue chip entertainment clients including Microsoft, Xbox, Sega, BT ... plus several new business pitch pending clients. This agency is really going places! You will be responsible for day to day running of some current accounts plus some newer smaller accounts. Taking a proactive role in contributing to the overall running of the company as part of the senior agency development team, and driving the account managers and execs to be the best of their delivery potential. Specific Responsibilities Management and coordination of Xbox UK projects including some (limited) client liaison Strategic planning and consultation Development of client accounts and new business to agreed targets Presentation and proposal creation Maintenance of quality of output across the account team Developing and training the account team Attendance at and direction of account events • Budgeting Skills Required Extensive agency background in experiential and BTL marketing Passion for entertainment, youth lifestyle, music and gaming - must live the role and enjoy being hands-on Understanding of client brands and their competitors position in the UK and global market places Great contacts and experience in the field of entertainment brands Ability to strategically consult on a wide range of related disciplines e.g. PR, ATL, SP, sponsorship, online Broad events experience Meticulous attention to detail and standards, highly organised Excellent writing and presentation skills Highly numerate Great time management • Entrepreneurial headset - thirst for new opportunities and the skills to implement them this is a truly amazing opportunity, at a great agency, so get in touch with us today for more information.
