Account Director - Award winning Integrated Agency - to £45k:

This dynamic, award winning, fully integrated marketing agency is looking for an exceptional Account Director to work on three of their biggest clients. This role is for a one year contract to provide maternity cover, with the potential for the right candidate to join this agency on a permanent basis in the longer term.

The three accounts you will be working on will provide you with enormous variety - from developing the strategy and execution for one client's customer acquisition and retention programme, to promoting a high profile, cause-related initiative.

The right person will be someone who has experience of, and passionately enjoys, developing powerful integrated communication strategies. You will be able to proactively develop your accounts and seek out new business opportunities. You will thrive within a team environment, but have the skills to coach and mentor the more junior members of your team, and report upwards to a Business Director. You will be able to work under pressure, but at the same time be able to laugh with your colleagues and clients!
