Account Manager - Leading Integrated Agency - to £30k Superb integrated agency seeks an ambitious Account Manager or Junior Account Manager to work on the agency's largest [car] account. The account covers B2C and B2B direct marketing activity across new car sales, after sales, LCVs, Finance and Fleet. This is a large, dynamic and exciting account in a state of growth. Currently the workload is 90% traditional DM, with digital representing a key area of opportunity. You'll work directly for a Senior Account Manager or Account Director and write Creative Briefs, Production Briefs, present concepts to clients with other agency specialists and manage the day-to-day running of your accounts, including managing artwork through the Studio and staying on top of timing plans, cost estimates and invoicing. Data strategy drives everything the agency does; to this end the candidate must have some experience [even if limited] in data management and data processing. Previous agency-side hands on experience will be a distinct advantage. Ideally you will have worked on an automotive account with a paper-based DM focus, although this is not essential. However a passion for cars is preferred! The candidate will have experience in taking campaigns from client brief through to delivery and on to results - with an almost obsessive attention to detail. You will work as part of a large Account Handling team and may need to help nurture junior members of the team. Best practice and discipline is therefore key. Whilst an Account Manager with experience is essential, they don't want a candidate that is looking to be a SAM imminently. This is a pure AM role that will suit a junior/mid AM. |
