We charge all agency clients in the same way - and at the same commission rate.

We don't believe in giving certain clients 'special deals' or reduced rates, no matter who they are.

We believe that all our clients are equal - whether they provide us with five new briefs a week, or just one a year.

We are not in the business of saving our so-called 'best' candidates for certain clients, which a differing range of commission rates can encourage.

We take the business of influencing people's lives and careers extremely seriously. The only thing that matters is the right candidate and agency fit. Nothing else.
